La spirale au centre de ce morceau représente la même forme que les gens ont sculptée dans la pierre et pressée dans le métal aussi loin que nous pouvons nous en souvenir. Je l'ai créée pour ceux qui ressentent quelque chose en la regardant - qui la portent à la cheville et l'observent tout au long de la journée.
La spirale est faite d'une bande continue de cuivre, que nous avons tordue à la main du centre vers l'extérieur, puis adaptée en une bande spécialement formée et légèrement courbée pour s'ajuster correctement autour de la cheville. Les personnes qui portent du cuivre à leurs chevilles disent que leurs articulations se sentent plus stables - leurs genoux, leurs pieds, ces parties qui portent tout.
